My best advice is book your table if you are not doing a pick up. They are pretty quick in turning around your orders so it's always worth your wait. And remember, the location and the atmosphere made it popular. I found the staffs freindly enough for my liking

Details (in case it helps someone) I've been to Nandos Kingswood couple of times to pick up an order in the past. I habe to say I was alright with it. That was then. This time I went in on a Friday evening and the location of the new restaurant, I have to confess, was a good one for business of its kind. For me as a customer, There was a queue waiting for tables. I was impressed at how the customer assistance at the door explained in details the waiting time for table and the waiting time for food. More impressive is that the table and the food came earlier than expected. The food was not disappointing too. The atmosphere: I love it and it feels like a different Nandos , compared to other ones I have been.
