£3.30 for a Cadbury hot chocolate, no flake, cream or marshmallows. Had to ask and still only received a few stale marshmallows. Loving space to sit in. But I won't go back. If you are at all fussy don't waste your time hoping to get a high standard of hot drinks. If you are not so fussy then I'm sure you'll like it.

A lovely cafe with a nice selection of food. Staff is helpful and friendly and are happy to make adjustments for dietary needs. The air fryer chips and the vegan crumble are wonderful. The toilet is slightly hidden but the staff can point the way. Fantastic outside seating area as well.

What a shocker! Went in for two basic English breakfasts and the result was very poor. The staff kept claiming that they were 'overwhelmed' whilst many tables still empty. Much confusion about who ordered what. Long food wait and when it finally arrived the server announced 'not our best'. What a thing to say to eagerly waiting patient customers! Hash browns where microwaved, didn't have much colour to them at all and the results were undercooked and lacked flavour. We requested more but got tired of waiting and was discouraged by hearing them actually putting in more in the microwave. Poached eggs microwaved. Sausages ok.

Personally I have worked in places like this before. Both front and back. It isn't that hard to present decent food.

Lovely, lovely cafe to go and have breakfast lunch or tea in. The people who work there are so nice and the service is great as is the food. Had a bacon sandwich which was the nicest have ever had as the bread was fluffy and the bacon cooked so nicely it took it onto a whole new level. They always have beautiful cards and artwork and things for sale reminded me that I need to go there for Christmas gifts as it’s so lovely to get a handcrafted local artist item for not a lot and it makes for such a personal present Bought a Brighton calendar and also a piece of framed art of the pier for a friend as a gift and am so pleased with them both. Note to self to go there for presents as well as a yummy stop off for some delicious food and...

We go to the Open Art cafe for lunch or coffee and cake regularly. It's a lovely place, with delicious food and very friendly service. And it's also full of lovely gifts and bits and bobs, so you can do a spot of present shopping while you're there! Also a great spot to catch a bit of sunshine and watch the world go by at lunchtime in the summer, since they have outside tables My favourite lunch is their delicious BLT!
