Sea Spray Cafe — Restaurant in England

Went to sea spray after my friend tim larkin recommended there toasted cheese and ham sandwich upon entering the shop I noticed the girl behind the counter had a large remote control helicopter on her head I asked for the recommend ham and cheese toasted sandwich and asked the young lady if she was aware that she had what looked like a remote control helicopter in her hair she laughed and she she was fully aware of said helicopter and went on to tell me that someone on the beach nearby was flying the helicopter but was unfortunately attacked by a great white shark they put up a brave fight but eventually was over powered and eaten buy the great white during the attack the man who got eaten had clearly lost control of the remote control helicopter and it randomly flew into the ham and cheese toasted sandwich shop and landed on the young ladys head and as memory to the eaten remote control helicopter flyer she decided to make it a permanent...

Great little place just at the entrance to Rottingdean beach. This is a busy little cafe and I can see why!

They have a range of options from hot and cold drinks, ice creams of various flavours and savoury foods such as quiches and rolls such as pork or vegetarian options. They looked very tempting.

There is also a range of cakes and biscuits/cookies.

The staff are very helpful and this is a busy little takeaway.

There is no seating inside although there are a few picnic tables just outside. Not sure if they are purely for their customers but there’s about 4 to use.

If you're ever at Rottingdean or take the under cliff cycle or walk along to Saltdean it's worthwhile popping into Seaspray for tasty wholesome food and a chat to the genuinely friendly and accommodating staff. The salads are always interesting and flavoursome with lots of varied vegetables . I'm a veggie so can't comment on the meat but the meals all look great and everyone always seems pleased, haven't heard any complains anyway and I'm often here. Good all round nutritious food, great toasties and tasty breakfasts. I highly recommend this place even though you might have to wait for a space...
