Orange Pizza — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my order. The chicken I received was completely unsatisfactory. Three pieces were overly tough, and the breading around them was extremely hard and difficult to eat. On top of that, the chicken was way too spicy—so much so that it was almost inedible.

But the worst part was that when I removed the breading from one of the pieces, I realized it was spoiled! The texture had turned powdery, almost like cotton, and the color was uneven—one side was white, while the other was a strange, unhealthy pink with a bad smell.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the fries on my meal were completely inedible. They looked like they had been fried, but they smelled like burnt oil. On top of that, the inside of the fries was extremely hard, making them impossible to eat.

I’m truly disappointed that they charge people for food of such poor quality. It’s unacceptable to serve something this bad, and I regret spending...

Never again I have always had delicious food from here. Delivery has always been quick bar 1 time. I pre ordered for 5pm but it arrived whilst I was out at 3.54pm. have camera footage to prove. Ended up waking my ill daughter to run and get it. This time I found a flat fly in my food. When I called and asked for a refund on the contaminated product only they told me they cannot do partial refund but I could have another pizza. That they don't have fly's in their food. Imagine that . So now I leave this review in honesty. I have been a customer over 13years and never had and issue. I can honestly say the customer service on this occasion was extremely poor and felt like they were accusing me of foul play. The person I spoke to kept calling me honey and love, and over spoke me every time I tried to talk.

I have given 1star or I cannot...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called up to place an order which i’d priced up online (£23.99 for everything we had wanted INCLUDING delivery of £1.50) only for them to go through the entire ordering process, ignored my questions about the drinks, and then somehow the total was £25? when questioned on it they stuttered and stumbled their words before we soon ended up frustrated, tired and hungry and hung up. this is the fifth time it’s happened, added money onto the end price. it’s mediocre food at best, and even that’s an overstatement. will never be going here again and would be happy to see it go.

and PS. the name orange pizza is definitely correct, clean your counters more often, your oven more often and definitely anything used to cook or prepare the pizzas,...
