Worst costumer services, by far. Ordered pizza, one and a half hour in, called to check where is my delivery, been told that the driver is on his way, then two hours in, got told that not only they do not have my order, but that they do not even deliver to my address and it must be other branch that should be dealing with my order. Went back on just eat and asked for an update, trough the app, and then it appeared as delivering again. Called, and again was told that I am calling a wrong branch, until someone in the background told the person on the phone that my order is actually on their system. When asked why I was lied to, twice, I got a response that he was not lying, and person on the phone kept making excuses, that "he saw a similar address" that's why he said that driver is on his way, then "that is wasn't on the system" and hence another branch is responsible. Not once he has apologies for inconvenience. I could not talk anymore on the phone due to absolute ignorance of the person, and having in mind that they do have my order, hanged up. JUST A minute later, got a notification that my order was cancelled, because they could not contact me, have not received any calls from them, so I called and yet again, person on the phone laid, that in fact he was calling me and I did not pick up. Upon collection, the items were handed over to me. No mention of any issues
I get home and we start eating only to realise the vegetarian starter I had ordered were swapped with chicken dippers! Why would you do this and not call me or tell me upon collection?? As a lofe long vegetarian, this was totally unacceptable.
I called but no answer so out of anger I returned to the store to ask what happened. To my surprise, I am faced busy staff who couldn't care less. They tell me they ran out of jalapeño cheese for starter so they replace with chicken? What's the logic? And what makes you decide what to replace with?
I am not offered a refund. I am shown very little sympathy e.g. while I am complaining the staff just stare at the order board looking at incoming orders rather than dealing with my issue. Am not given anything in compensation
I email customer service who apologise, tell me they will train their staff (am I really going to believe this??) and offer me a free starter for my troubles? A starter that I have paid for and got chicken which I couldn't eat. A starter for making me take a bit of chicken when I hadn't eaten meat my entire life? Pathetic service to say the least. I would stay away there are far better pizza in GX...better to pick up from Tesco...
Read moreEven though the food is good , the customer service is awful. I've ordered a few times from them and they're always late with delivery and very difficult to get in touch with them. Last night we have ordered again for 8:30pm , by 8:50 pm I could see on my app that it says it has been delivered but we didn't get the food. I phoned and phoned and when finally someone decided to pick up and after I'm explaining the issue , I am told there's no drink with my food and then they hang up on me . I phoned again to say the issue it's not the drink , the issue is I don't have my food but it says delivered. I am being told that it says delivered which means it has been delivered, basically being called a lier . I said to her to ask the driver where my food has been delivered as I haven't received anything, she put me on hold for 5 mins , then she hangs up. I call again and explain it all again and she is saying it's been delivered and that's that. I am trying to explain it hasn't and she hangs up again. After a while someone arrives with our order , cold and some items weren't what we've asked for. I can get over the food being late , but being treated with so much disrespect and acused of lying it's too much. Not a sorry,not trying to...
