Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

Pizza is pretty good but ever since they have "updated" their app/website we have had a 66% failure rate on placing orders. They will take the money out of your account but an error will be shown and your order will not be placed, the website will randomly decide you want delivery and there is no obvious way to change it to collection (I live 2 mins away, I don't need it delivered) and half the deals glitch out and will display the wrong price until you go to checkout, well thats if it lets you add it to your basket. Worst part is when you complain they say they are aware of issues... So why are you still taking orders knowing damn well the orders aren't going through? Pure incompetence by their head office.

Had the same issue with payment at KFC, however my money was put back into my account immediately after realising the order had failed. This is what happens when you get the lowest bidder to make...

Very sloppy, slow, and careless customer service. It took 45 minutes to get the pizza on collection. The person behind the counter made a lame excuse that they were very busy (it was a Monday afternoon) because I was parked just outside the store so I could see that they only made a single pizza during that 45 minutes that was for me. The same person was on his mobile phone with headphones on during all this time.

Morover, after arriving at place to eat (we were coming back home from Snowdonia), we realised olives were missing from the Greek pizza. We would have returned to complain but we had travelled another 20 miles from the store, and I was not keen to face that careless person behind the counter again.

Ordered pizza for 18:15. It came at 19:15 1 hour late. Sent wrong pizza and cold chicken pops. Rang up they said nothing they could do it’s impossible’. So i went to store. They made me a new pizza but only because i refused to leave without getting what i paid for. At first kept saying it’s ‘impossible’ to make a new one. All the other food that i ordered had also gone cold whilst they were sorting their mess out but they refused to replace any of that. Then when leaving i was told to never order from them again, don’t worry i won’t be. Got home had 2 slices of the pizza and went in the bin. Way way too much tomato purée to the point where it was dripping when i picked up the pizza!! If i could give 0 stars i would.
