Parity — Restaurant in England

We went in there just before Christmas. My wife and I had been shopping and never had breakfast . When we got in and found a table I went to the bar to order our meals. I asked if it was to late for breakfast and she said yes, but they do a similar meal with chips. I ordered two and two teas. There were only five people in sat down waiting to eat. People came in after us and I noticed they were getting served almost straight away? After being sat down a hour and a quarter the woman who had served me at the bar came running past with a tray of food for someone who came in after us? On her way past I said excuse me but have you forgotten us flower. She said sorry there's only three of us and ones cooking in the kitchen. We're very busy? Five people in with us and very busy. By now there were ten more in who were eating who came in after us. A friend of ours came in with her family and said you been sat here long? We replied a hour and a half? They said we're going to Mac Donald's then. I said wish we had. Then all of a sudden the food appeared! They went and the waitress said sorry it's late but we're rushed off our feet. My wife and I looked at each other amazed? We started to eat the bacon and chips were cold .The eggs dried up the same as the beans and tomatoes. The butter was frozen solid for the bread. Marks out of ten minus 1. We will never ever go in there again and the prices were sky high. We left half of the meals they were that bad. I would have sent it back but we ate a bit each as we were Hank Marvin. And we might still be sat ther waiting for the waitress to return .Never again....

Stopped off for some lunch. Had our dog with us, so sat outside. Ordered via their website, so didn't see inside. The food was lovely and well priced. Definitely recommend the pizza that my daughter had... she said it was lovely. Not the cleanest outside (cigarette ends, etc) but was acceptable and typical of a city centre pub. The man who brought our food out was great though, and couldn't do...

The tables were sticky, the place stunk of stale beer and the toilets looks like they could give you an STD... The place was in serious need of a good clean.

However the staff were pleasant, food was cooked well, portion sizes was fair and it arrived quicker than expected... I'd recommend the place but perhaps avoid it on a Sunday, I'd like to think the lack of cleanliness is due to...
