The Bank — Restaurant in England

Booked a party for my sisters birthday got messed around dealt with 3 different managers they double book our party and somebody else on same day. They forgot to book our dj. On the night of the party they didn’t have a lock on the toilet wasn’t aloud in other bar area to use other toilets. Staff not very friendly following the girls around. Making not very nice comments. Not very professional. Would never have a party there again. Paid for the company’s dj £140 party started at 6. He didn’t turn up till 7.15. Got told to use one door then got told couldn’t. Couldn’t even go to the loo. So really unprofessional. Worst place ever booked....

Rang to query about prices for drinks , I have rang on 2 separate times today 7times first time and was hung up on every time ! Twice the second time to be hung up on once again !!
