Visiting the area and decided to visit. We had only seen it recommended on Google maps so used Google maps to guide our walk there from the fishing heritage museum, a short walk of 6 minutes. Despite Google maps telling us we had arrived it took a good deal of searching around the area until we finally found a window with an A4 printed sheet saying Time Trap Museum. On entering we were told that we needed to pre book, as we could find no Web site/page for the museum and only a phone number we had no way of knowing this until it was too late! Read moreWe actually visited the Time Trap on Wednesday 20th of February we took our Granddaughter, she loved it, we were able to show her the large hall where her Aunty received her second degree, the first one was 20 years ago so that's quite an achievement. She loved seeing the council chambers, sat in one of the chairs, all in all a good morning, she also got all but one of the questions right, she struggled counting the bars in the prison cells, we counted them three times, different answer each time, we were still wrong, can we go there next time I visit, so I guess...
Read moreVery good experience, loads of things to see and very educational, they have a quiz sheet which helps you as you go along your Watford both adults and children. Worth the visit , although not pushchair or wheelchair friendly, staff was very informative and didnt charge for my mother who had mobility issues .. she managed the steady walk round but she isnt fully needing a walker to mobilise ..the whole family had fun and the price for entry is cheap enough too. I've loads of pictures but limited what ive posted as dont want to spoil...
