Burger King — Restaurant in England

As always, I like to give fast food services a little leeway when leaving reviews, but I've been going to this BK for years now & it doesn't improve. The customer service is practically non existent & there's no effort whatsoever at greeting, manners, please & thank you etc. If course nobody goes to BK for silver service, but I went 9.30 at night, 2 cars in the drive through & not a soul in the restaurant. Both counter staff were busy putting orders together, there was no "I'll be with you in just a moment" or "evening, bear with us" & I waited for some time with the contemplation of just walking out. Eventually I was served by Sveda "what can I get you?". Gave my order, a small coke, and whopper only sauces. The food was hot & the coke was cold, bonus, but there are 2 sauces on a whopper, mayonnaise & tomato sauce. Mine only came with tomato sauce. I'll probably keep visotung because the burgers are awesome & it's convenient after a long rail journey, however if you're expecting service with a smile & common good manners, give this...

Went through the drive through and received disgusting customer service off a young girl called Faye I believe? First of all, she failed to mention the lack of drinks choice to us before we ordered, which left us confused and had to mention to her to get a choice of drinks available, secondly, when we arrived at the window to pay, the girl was leaning on the window ledge like she didn’t have a care in the world, her tone of voice was making a clear point that she didn’t want to be there and the fact that she slammed the window on us without saying how long the food would be, annoyed me further! We got our items, and everything was fine, until we got handed our Oreo milkshake which was half full and not even blended! we asked for it to be topped up to which we were very rudely told that it has to be filled to the line and there was ‘nout’ she could do! If this is the level of service your staff are providing, I will no longer be providing my money to you, will not be coming back here....

The place was ok nice and tidy not too many ppl in. However the customer service was disgusting and I will NOT be returning that's for sure. Manners cost nothing so being spoken to in a really horrible manner is not good customer service in fact it's not really any service. I did have vouchers and on the back it had scissors with little lines instructing me to cut it, so I did before getting served to be told you can't use this you have cut it!! I knew the lady had just watched me rip it in front of her so after "No I need the whole ticket I presented her with the rest of ticket to be told you can't use that I need full ticket in a harsh manner with a fed up with me face. I said it is the whole ticket and after checking with manager I got a "WHAT DO YOU WANT" how rude I was not impressed at all. Food is nice but really small burgers so glad I didn't...
