Pepe's — Restaurant in England

Ordered my food at 20 past 12 and scheduled the delivery for 5 past 1. My order eventually arrived at 20 past 2, 2 hours after I ordered my food. By then my lunch break was obviously over and had no time to eat the food. I rang the restaurant up at 20 past 1 and a very foreign man answered and I could barely understand what he was saying he just kept on saying "I promise 20 minuets". The food did not take 20 minuets and arrived an hour later. I normally order Pepes a couple of times a week during my lunch break at work but definitely wont be ordering it anymore. The only positive is that the food is really but definitely wouldn't recommend ordering...

Ordered our meal at 19:15 for 19:50. Wondering where it was, we called PePe's at 20:20 to be told our meal was with the delivery driver. Waited for another half an hour before finally getting a call from the driver to say he couldn't find us. I had to go out and find him as the language barrier was pretty strong and he just kept repeating that he was outside.

In the end, I recieved my cold dinner nearly two hours after ordering and it wasn't even delivered to our door.

This was our first time ordering from PePe's and it was not a great impression, which is a shame because the food seemed pretty good...

We were all hoping to get a Chinese last week, when my brother-in-law exclaimed he was “eating healthy” so suggested we ordered from Pepe’s instead. The menu is pretty varied for a chicken shop. The food was all fine but a little sad. I upgraded my burrito meal with chimichurri fries and a cheeky portion of chicken wings but when they arrived, the fries hadn’t been covered in delicious oily chimichurri, just a light dusting of green and the wings were WET.. like, sloppy. I will not...
