Peri Peri Palace — Restaurant in England

Orderd food online and said order was being processed,rang 10 mins later to be sure and no anser.. got to an hour and still no anser after ringing 4/5 times.. check online and still says delivery asap... after another 5 phone calls and not being anserd i canceled the order.. can only assume this is due to a relious festival? Which if so isnt an issue but would be nice for an anser phone message to be left to say your shut or not taking orders.. and should not be accepting online orders if your shut.. or not going to deliver. Big shame as ha ve been looking forward to using you aince the revamp uve had but wont be coming back...

Ordered a meal, gave them post code and address , 45 mins later got a call from the delivery driver saying he was there but was at a completely different address in a different part of town

Got a call another 15 mins later saying the driver couldn't find my address and asked for post code an address again, said they were cooking up more food fresh and would be five minutes

15 mins later the food arrived and clearly they'd lied, cooked fresh chicken and sent out the same pizza and chips that had been in the car for last half hour because the pizza was cold, congealed and disgusting and the chips were stone cold and...

This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed, Today I ordered 2 7 ups 1 Diet Coke Donner kebab meal Chicken and chips. 2 mayo dips I received 1 7-up A Diet Pepsi The bag of drinks and dips the mayo was spilt all over the cans. I had to clean them before using. My chips were cold and stale in both meals. The chicken wasn’t edible and taste horrible. The donner kebab was ok but was cold also. Every time I order food before closing they always missing items that I paid for because I can’t call and complain.
