Pizza Hut Dunstable — Restaurant in England

I ordered for delivery and the driver just called me on my phone from outside my building and told me to come downstairs and get my order from him. He said he wasn't able to call my flat number on the entryphone system but wouldn't say why (it's not broken, and I can't open the door system until someone dials the entryphone). I told him to dial my door number and come up, but he refused. When I asked why not he said he couldn't come in the building and that I had to come down to him to get my order. I explained that I'm disabled and live on the third floor, there's no lift, and I need my husband to assist me down the stairs, but he is at work. Besides "delivered to my door" means just that. When I said this the driver complained and said I should have put on my order that I was disabled. What on earth?? What difference does that make, and how/when does the online order form ask customers to say they are disabled?? Why would that matter? He then had the nerve to say he could leave it on the ground outside. I was appalled at being spoken to like that and discriminated against, and I angrily told him to leave. I am never ever going to order from Pizza...

We ordered online and was told 35 to 45 minutes, I phoned after an hour of ordering and was told the driver is just leaving now, the journey should take 7 minutes from door to door, the driver got out of the car holding a phone to his ear and continuously walked up down the road "looking for the address" the driver had no concept of how door numbers work. This is just one of the faults, when we opened the pizzas, one was bone dry and the other was dripping in grease, the pizzas weren't even cut properly, safe to say I would highly recommend another pizza establishment to anyone in Dunstable, I am now under the impression that all Pizza Hut's are the same. I would now prefer a Domino's Pizza or a Fast & Fresh or even a Papa Johns, i would even say i would prefer a frozen cheap pizza from a supermarket. This may have been a one off so feel free to try for yourself but this is my own...

Dunstable Pizza Hut ...... Waste of Time.. Ordered Meat Feast no PORK extra chicken instead .... Paid for my pizza got home ... Pizza was covered in HAM and PEPPERONI .... Drove back ... Lady said that's what we ordered even thought the receipt said no PORK!! She said the the HAM and PEPPERONI was not PORK!!!!

I laughed ... I couldn't believe what she said, obviously she didn't have a clue... She was RUDE and had a STINK ATTITUDE ... She shouldn't be working in customer service ... Pizza Hut Dunstable needs to closed down and retrain...
