Pica Rico Deli Helston — Restaurant in England

We visited Pica Rico for the first time yesterday evening, and it was such a treat that I feel that I should definitely share the experience! I instantly loved everything about it, from the instant we walked in through the door we were made to feel incredibly welcome, the atmosphere is brilliant, the music vibrant and the smiles are abundant. The food we had was truly delicious, and it couldn’t be more authentic. In fact I am going to say that they were the best quesadillas that we’ve ever had, and as fans of Mexican food, we’ve enjoyed a few! Whether you live in the area, or are visiting, I would definitely recommend visiting Pica Rico for the tastiest Mexican street food there is, and an experience that will make you feel that you’ve been transported to Mexico. I know that we will be returning regularly, and I can’t wait to try lots of different...

My favourite food to eat, full stop. The passion that these guys have for flavour, culture, community and all things in between is wonderful. And they choose to share all of that with us. That is what food is all about (if you ask me).

They grow their own heirloom corn at a local farm, and use it for hand-pressed tacos. mind blown

Ingredients are sourced locally. The flavours are always so fresh, the Cornish seafood ceviche tostadas are delicious.

Steak and chips in a taco - up there in the top 10 things I’ve ever eaten? Absolutely! (I’ve eaten lots in 37 years of enjoying food from around the world)

Also highly recommend their homemade jars of hot sauce, they’re awesome.

If you like food. If you like smiles. You must visit Pica Rico. I will always recommend it to anyone living in/visiting...
