I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Hut, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! Although this particular location is only for delivery or take away, it did not disappoint in any way.

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars as the customer service was hideous and non-existent.

I called this particular Pizza Hut and asked if I could place an order for collection over the phone since their online portal was down -the lady told me that's fine so I told her I'll call her back when I'm 30 mins away so the food is pipping hot.

As I made my way to this store, I called 30 minutes before closing to place an order, the phone was left unanswered. I must have called 6 times before I gave up and decided to order via Deliveroo for delivery to the street down the road.

I arrived at the store and the door locked despite the opening hours clearly displayed on the door. I tried another door which happened to be the kitchen and the lady came running. I told her I can collect the order and she said okay. I questioned why no one answered and why the door was locked which she didn't respond to and said "no no we finish".

Management really need to monitor their staff closely at the store, they clearly locked the doors and refused to answer the phone to avoid doing work. When I opened the kitchen door, she was sat on a bucket on her phone.

The food itself was not nice, not up to the usual Pizza Hut standard I'm used to. I would not recommend nor order from here again. I would recommend going to another store, where they're happy to take your order and do the job that they're...

I ordered two pizzas. When the driver brought the pizzas to me, one was inconsistent with my order. I called the store, the lady accepting the order said that the driver would bring me a new pizza and ATTENTION... but I have to return the pizza that is not in accordance with the order.. This is not why I order two pizzas at one time so that my boyfriend can eat and I wait hunger for another half hour.🙂 The store is located 3 minutes by car from my house. I waited half an hour for my pizza according to the order. where the lady from the phone said that the pizza is prepared and will be immediately brought to me.

During the prevailing pandemic, the driver put my pizza on the foothpath, without any cardboard 👏 Sorry, but I am not an animal. I didn't accept this pizza. I called the store describing the whole situation and that lady from the phone started pretending she couldn't hear me and she hung up.. I called right away, they didn't answer. She ansvered a second time and gave me the customer service number.

The pizza was undercooked..
