Staff were quite lackluster and disinterested, first of all we were sat right next to another table when there were plenty of empty tables to have our own space with no choice in the matter. Fine. Maybe they want to keep customers to one area to make it easier to clean up. Then we waited what seemed a disproportionate amount of time for somebody to actually come over and ask if we'd like any drinks. I ordered a hard shake which despite clearly being advertised on the menu as coming in a tall glass was served to me in a jam jar that was at least half the size the menu item is supposed to be, this served to have two equally disappointing effects, the first being I felt incredibly short changed that they would charge me almost double the price of a regular shake whilst providing me with about a third of the total amount of milkshake I expected, the second was that it was disgusting and overwhelmingly tasted of alcohol due to the fact it wasn't at all diluted by the amount of shake I should have had, rather than fetch me another glass the size it should have been and topped me up the remaining milkshake I was owed, the waitstaff (who by this point had for some reason changed to a different waitress) proceeded to lie to me and tell me that is how it is supposed to be served. They did then offer me another drink free of charge and removed the hardshake from the bill. I was somewhat satisfied with the outcome despite being quite irritated by the situation in the first place and despite my preference being the drink I ordered in the state it should have arrived. Fine, at no point we're we invited to help ourselves to salad or provided with the bowls to do so despite it being common knowledge that our order comes with unlimited salad. The meal was fine and exactly what I expected at a reasonable price, we then asked if our desserts which were to come could be boxed up to take away. We then ordered them and it arrived on a ceramic dish served with melting ice cream, had she forgotten we'd not more than five minutes ago clearly asked for it to be boxed to take away??! Apparently not. She had simply not listened to what we clearly and directly asked for. And then proceeded to take our desert away and scrape it into a mush in a box. Ridiculous. I then had to request new ones were cooked, it looked terrible. In the end we left with our box of mush and two fresh cookie dough desserts boxed as we originally asked for -pots of icecream. The items that had to be changed (i.e. the drink and second desserts) were not charged for but unfortunately I left with a figurative bitter taste in my mouth and feel certain I will avoid this particular branch of pizza hut...

A more accurate rating would be zero stars Yesterday 2nd Dec 12 pm we visited pizza hut sixfields We run a course for adults with learning disabilities . 2 of our students only eat food that mum prepares and this has never been the slightest issue in any restaurant that we've visited in the 7 yrs I've had the privilege to work with this group. I explained this situation to a very gormless waitress and we chose to sit in a very discreet area where our students could enjoy the restaurant experience. There we only 2 other dinners in pizza hut at this time. 6 of our students we're excitedly choosing from the main menu when the same waitress appeared and said no food was to be consumed on the premises that wasn't purchased from them. Our poor students we're totally deverstated by this and felt discriminated against and very hurt they were so looking forward to a pizza lunch. It takes a massive leap of faith for our students to trust they are fully accepted in any environment and we do everything we can to reinforce this and give positive life experience. We obviously left immediately only to hear the manager who had been responsible for the discimatory decision saying "WHATEVER" Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Read moreFortunately I hate leaving a 1 star reviews but I have never ever had souch bad experience like I haveed today in this pizza brunch .... gone there with my kids ..took a table 12 ..the lady that welcomed us was very polite and absolutely a star she invited us to the table informed us very clearly how to order .the payment and all ... then we ordered and food arrived my daughter 10 year old she found somthing in food and obviously she stopped eating I really didn't wanted to make a big deal as it loon like was a peace from herbs ...fine.. my two sons stopped eating aswell so I called ..the lady that she is manager in the day came and we had a chat ..everyhing was fine ...after 10 minutes came the other lady and showed us two desserts for what I was abit happy that they sanded as good suggestions after what happen and then she came and start blaming me that inshpuld of say we haven't ordered I falt very bad and my kids start looking at me I really dident liked and then she came with other lady and start arguing with me ... the truth I never ever falt so bad and I have never been treated that way ... I highly recommend that there has to be some costumer service training aspecilely for the manager that I don't belive she knowes her duty as should be treating the costumes!!!!!
