Pizza Plus — Restaurant in England

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I called up to ask if their meat was Halal, I was told it was. I replied "Ahh, ok, thank you, bye" very politely. Before I put down the phone, I was asked of I was drunk! Not that it is any of their business but, I do not drink at all, he told me I was drunk and that I shouldn't drink! I did not place an order. In fact, I called them back up telling them not o be so rude and accuse a possible customer of being drunk, I got told to hold the line and at the time I just assumed it was the same person so, I put down the phone.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was extremely offended and I got upset. I was very polite and to be treated like that...

Just ordered 3 large mixed kebabs however we were delivered 3 Donna kebabs. Rung up to tell them they had given us the wrong order however they told us we would be charged an extra £25 on top of what we had already payed in order for us to get the correct food. We have always ordered the same order from here before however won’t be any more. They were saying that it was our fault and we must have ordered it wrong they didn’t give us any other option other than paying the extra £25 for the food and proceeded to hang up. I ordered from here tonight and was not happy as food came really cold had to heat it up in the microwave what I'm sure if I wanted a microwave meal I would of gone to my local shop and for the next bit I know I struggle with reading but if I saw on the order notes saying just lettuce and red cabbage only and NO TOMATOS as got allergies you would think they would pay attention to that important note but no they go and slap loads of tomatos on it so i will not be recommending this place as they clearly don't care about people's health wish I was able to give...
