Postern Gate — Restaurant in England

One star is too generous. Be careful going here especially as a woman, my friend got physically assaulted by one of the bouncers last night for no reason! We waited outside the toilets for our friends getting ready to leave the bar, next thing you know my friend is getting violently pushed/dragged out the door by a bouncer twice her size and has bad injuries from this!! When asked to speak to management and complain we were met with the whole staff team telling us to leave and defending the abuser, once told via Facebook that this incident is getting taken further with the police they have blocked us instead of professionally dealing with the issue. So many laws were broken from not letting us get the bouncers badge number, touching during a pandemic and using violence against someone unprovoked. Went to watch the football here and it was just how I remembered it the one time I ventured into Postern Gate about 10 years ago. The atmosphere was that of an early 2000s pub club which is great if you're 18. The staff did their best to maintain social distancing but the queues for the toilets was just a free for all of unruly 18-23 year olds.
