Riminis Turkish Grill — Restaurant in England

We have ordered here in past and good superb. Confident ordering for birthday celebration, placed order, over 198 pounds. Order accepted and then 2 hours later out of the blue received a no reply email cancelling. I tried phoning restaurant and no answer. This was Sat 23rd March. I rang again on Mon 25th, was told very rudely that the restaurant was closed, no apology, but assured me no money taken. The money was taken , 198 pounds, am now disputing through bank but so disappointed. Such a lot of money and no accountability from the restaurant. Great food, but the online ordering system is truly flawed. I hope I get our money...
