Amazing place, I didn't catch the old lady's name who works there but if I tell you it's a typical East European grandma, you'll know exactly who I meant when you visit. She was very sweet and kind and her service was amazing. The food was great too and for how cheap it is compared to other places it's mind-blowing. This place is now in my saved places on maps and I am most certainly paying a visit when I visit...

Fantastic cafe. Dog friendly and provided a treat and water for them both. Toasties were lovely and the kids chicken nuggets and chips came in takeaway style boxes for chicken and fries which was a nice touch. The food quality was excellent. Stopped to break up the drive to Cornwall in need of some food and Rose Cottage Cafe didn’t disappoint, our table of 4 had fish finger sandwiches and a chip butty, lovely drinks, oat milk was not a problem, lovely friendly service.
