Visited here whilst passing through. Having used a venue from the same company previously, we kinda knew what to expect, but was disappointed here. The service was lackadaisical, the food not much better. Had to ask for the Beans to be heated up (were cold) and also had to ask for butter for the toast. The Eggs were ‘rubbery’. The Staff seem to almost run away from your table not wanting to engage or wait for any further requests. The Christmas music was far too loud and sounded more like a disco venue. At nearly £50 we’d have expected much better.

Lovely place for a bite to eat or drink. Very friendly welcoming staff, great food at very reasonable prices. Massive menu with something for absolutely everyone, loads of extra options and sides available too. The dessert menu is smaller but the equally as good. Big drinks menu alcoholic and non alcoholic with with milkshakes and juices too. Would recommend to anyone going to Biggleswade this place is a must try if you love your food. Very spacious venue with a nice atmosphere too where you can eat inside of outside.

The food here never disappoints - the flavors are always fresh and unique, and they use only quality ingredients in their meals. The presentation is also top-notch - their chefs put an incredible amount of effort into making sure each dish looks as good as it tastes. recent favorites include their crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken and the Vegan Mexican Superbowl. The Tapas Board was excellent as well.

This was our second visit. The first time we went was November 19 and it did not look too busy but we were told there was an hour wait for food so we didn't stay. Second visit last week, was enough not to go back. The attitude of staff one in particular. i would describe as mixed race girl with north American accent. I ordered food, from a pleasant server, one meal with a Coke. (Maybe she is a bit to blame for not pointing out then that they do not sell Coke). What they served was not a pleasant drink. I took it back to the bar and politely said this does not taste right. Could i give it back and have a coffee. The girl poured her self some from the dispenser and sipped it and just said 'no i don't like it either' gave me a coffee and asked the full price. I said i would like the cost of the coke taken off of the coffee cost. She argued that although the drink was not to my satisfaction it was because they had changed suppliers and there was nothing wrong with it, its just nit branded coke. It was also said with a cocky attitude, what a negative vibe this girl carries. To which i said, if i had asked for Coke but you only sell a different Cola than that should have been said. I did not ask for Cola, there are plenty of places that you ask for coke and the proprietor will say we have Pepsi. They did refund me but i felt like telling them to poke it. Its up to them if they sell cheap cola, but to me it's like selling under false pretenses. If you asked for a brand and its not available say so. She had to go and ask her colleague for my refund who then came over and repated the non beanded story but in a nicer way. It really was the attitude of the mixed race girl that would keep me away from that place. Not someone who i would want in the front of house in...

My husband and I have been going to Rosso's since it opened a few times a month and sometimes on a weekly basis as it is a dog friendly place. Lately there has been several issues especially in the quality of the cocktails and food being served cold, bit mentioning the forever dirty tables. We have not returned for food, but went back for drinks tonight. When I was served an undrinkable mojito (the lime was brown and yellow on the edges and the drink extremely sour) and raised it to the person behind the bar, I was asked what was wrong with it to which I answered it was not nice and not drinkable. I was told that she had made the cocktail herself following the ingredients list so all was good with it, that she would not change it as the management had now told the staff not to remake cocktails anymore because too many were being remade....... That alone shows that it's not a customer issue but a training issue. Offering drinks that the staff are not able to make and charge £9 for it is a disgrace. I said that if it was the case, we wouldn't be returning and I was told "ok then". With the amount of money we have spent in this place this utterly disappointing to have been treated that way. My husband managed to get a £3 refund in the end. This is so bad, we will not be...

We came here for lunch and was greeted by the staff the minute we walked in. It felt like it was going to be a great place for a spot of lunch. After seating, the waitress came immediately to wipe the table as she noticed us wiping off a few crumbs and she instructed us that it was order and pay at the bar. I went down to order and we were served by Katy. We ordered some drinks and were asked for ID. Ive just came from Canada to visit my family and my ID wasnt in my purse. I went and checked my bag but it wasnt there. I explained and ordered a coke instead. I hate to name drop but she was very rude about it and full of attitude. When she poured our drinks, she went and discussed my ID situation with her colleague and they laughed about it. Took the drinks back and the cokes were awful. I took them back as they tasted flat and was informed that it was their own brand. We wasnt informed this when we ordered so I asked to switch our drinks. The barman happily switched. Not long after, our food arrived and it was incredible. The paninis are full of filling and lovely. Unfortunately we wont be back due to the disrespect...
