Stopped by this place from London to collect some coffees for friends living in the area. Wish we could say it was a nice experience. Unfortunately we can’t comment on the drinks or food as we walked out before getting that far. The service was pretty appalling to put it politely, more so by a very rude middle aged blonde lady behind the counter. She’s incredibly patronising, unwelcoming, unprofessional and has little to no sense of customer service. A real life Nora Batty. I’m not sure that she appreciates that she’s working in the hospitality industry ..hostility seems a far more fitting word. We even witnessed her being unnecessarily rude to a young couple that had forgotten their masks but had made conscious efforts to cover their mouths and noses with what they had. When we arrived back to our friends with coffees in-hand from a more friendly establishment (next door), we explained our first taste of Biggleswade to them. Funny enough without even describing the lady, they knew exactly who we were referring to. Seems her poor attitude is a well known occurrence in Biggleswade. My family have owned restaurants in central London for many years now and I couldn’t fathom having someone like that working in them, they’d be out on their ear with their P45 in toe. The prices where surprisingly high even compared to London prices however, it appeared to be busy which gave us the impression that what they had to offer was good. But saying that it could be the simple fact that it has prime position and there’s not much else to choose from in the area. It’s sad that just one person can leave such a bad taste. She really shouldn’t be front of house as it is a very poor representation of the company and not to mention incredibly off putting. By the negative and defensive responses to some of the criticism on here, it wouldn’t surprise me if she was the person responding. If so and for what it’s worth - some good old fashion manners, a simple smile and hello can go a long way ..and maybe leave your unpleasant attitude at home.

When all the other cafés were closed at 0730 this one was open for business and doing a trade. Quite busy on a cold and snowy morning with plenty of regulars queuing up for their usuals, including well behaved dogs. I was very impressed with the look of fresh pastries and opted for almond croissant slightly warm. Beautiful it was with a fresh americano. So good I had a 2nd cup, used the WiFi and then had cheese and mushroom toastie. Lovely place, friendly staff and very efficient with the service. Outside seating area for when it warms up.

Outside terrace to have coffee if the weather is good. They have inside sitting area too. You can enjoy a coffee, milkshakes, some sweet as doughnut, cookie, muffin, slice of cake or a simple croissant. They also have plenty of sandwiches, panninis, bagels all made in a fridge ready to enjoy cold or warm. Is always busy. They provide take away coffee if you are in a rush and loads of types of milk. Located in the square, main town centre.

This is quite simply the best coffee shop in Biggleswade, and probably the surrounding area. The staff work tirelessly, yet still display a relaxed and friendly attitude that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have been a customer here for a long time, and nothing makes me happier after a day's work than having my Flat White being made ready for me before I've even got my purse out! Prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of the products, the store is always well presented and sparkly clean, and there is an impressive range of beverages and snacks/cakes/treats. I will miss this place when I move away; a massive thank you to the staff for their kindness and...

Parking is in the Market Square and is a free public car park. They have a small amount of indoor seating and also have much more seating outside. Outside seating is either under the canopies that pull out over the windows or out in the open. During the colder months blankets are supplied to cover your legs if you need or wish to sit outside. The drinks, both hot and cold, are fantastic here is the food. This cafe is very popular and gets very busy at lunchtime and you have to wait a few minutes to be served whether it's to eat there or to take away, but it's definitely...
