💥💥💥VERY DISSAPOINTED WILL.NOT RETURN💥💥💥 RUDE MAN ON THE PHONE Very disappointed this evening... I've been using this place for around 2 years now but tonight has put me off forever.. driving home from my mums house on her 60th birthday we decide to grab a takeaway for the family.. the food was of a low standard with rock hard chicken, stale poppadoms, onion bhajis were solid as a rock god help you if you have a filling!!! Only think nice was the curry it's self everything else was shocking including warmed up soggy chips!! Won't be using this place again which is a Shame because we have used this place for a while now...and my mum has been here years :(

Customer service is shocking

The guy on the phone was rude very rude indeed and did not offer any refund or anything just said next time he will knock a small percentage off the meal very upset by this experience especially as times are...

We’ve been coming here for years, the last time I came here the food was cold with rubbery chicken the only thing nice was the chips!! We thought it might just be hit n miss, until lastnight when we came back to eat in! The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The onion bhajis was freezing in the middle but burnt on the outside!! The chicken was definitely not fresh it had a smell too it which was ransid and hard as nails, the curry tasted like water with no taste just awful very disappointed as we still paid for the meal and came away hungry !! Very poor service such a shame because it used to be 5stars I can only guess that it’s changed over hands ?? Will not be returning sadly just hope they manage to sort out the chef because he seriously needs...

The second time I have got ill after eating here and or been served rancid meat. I have just been up all night with a bad stomach. The first time took me a week to fully recover. That time I was served the most disgusting chicken, the most disgusting thing I have ever been served in my life. I sent it back and a second portion of equally putrid meat was served. Presumably the spices were expected to hide the taste bad meat but even that did not work. My conscience asks me to warn others about my experience of this place. Be very careful when ordering a spicy dish here is my suggestion. Perhaps avoid altogether if food standards are something...
