Unwelcoming to the point of being rude when we arrived. This is basically a shop that sells standard quality Italian brands that is in a restaurant building. It seems that they then decided to make the most of it as they had the facilities to hand unfortunately this is apparent in every aspect of the experience we had. The food is lack lustre, the pasta is not fresh, the anti pasta is fair but nothing electrifying (especially for £11). Do not order the ciabatta as what turns up is floury bloomer bread. The garlic focaccia is neither freshly made or particularly enjoyable. As for drinks we ordered a glass of prosecco which was flat and when we requested another it came back only marginally fizzy.
