Very recently opened family-run Italian/Sicilian restaurant. Recommended by a friend, we had the privilege of sitting in the back room with view into the open kitchen. Staff were delightful, couldn't do enough for us. The menu has exciting twists on pasta and pizza dishes, with the obvious family choice of a 1m pizza. The food was extremely tasty, all freshly prepared with a real authentic flair, on account of Salvatore actually being Sicilian. Starters of cheese/tomato garlic bread, calamari and burrata on mushrooms were simply delicious. Although the mixed antipasti platter stole the show. The pizze were awesome, as were the lobster ravioli. The pistachio panacotta was sublime, but eclipsed by the creamiest of lemon sorbets, bursting with flavour. The alcohol license is pending and we need to go back for the Sicilian Shiraz that will be available. But not sure we will wait for that - it was such a good night.

I’m not one to ever write reviews (honestly) but the meal and service we received tonight was one of the best nights we’ve ever had as a family. Real authentic Italian food that was just incredible and the service was just above and beyond! The guitar came out and the 2 gentlemen were signing authentic Italian songs (so impromptu) and we all just loved it. We are no where near from the area but if we ever come back to this area again we will absolutely be coming back to Salvatore’s. They don’t take tips on card so we went out of our way to get to an ATM to get cash to tip them they were that good! Honestly please get yourselves to Salvatore’s if you haven’t already, what an absolute goldmine of a place! Hope we see you again, we had a fantastic evening! Ciao, the Leonetti’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the place. Let me begin with a compliment to the chef for the quality and taste of the food served in the restaurant. This is a very cosy place which has a few but an excellent selection of dishes available for dining. The host is very friendly and cooperative. They open at certain hours of the day but it's worth the wait. We had a bottle of wine suggested by the host which complimented food very aptly. You name it you have it how it is here. Apart from the regular menu which I think changes they have a special menu as well which is given to you on your arrival. I totally recommend this place if you a fan of Italian food. Bon appetit!

I loved it so much, I wrote a poem: At Salvatore’s in Macclesfield, delight unfurls, A cozy corner where cuisine gently twirls. Italian aromas, wafting through the air, Invite every guest to abandon their care.

Tomato-rich sauces, a simmering treat, Pasta al dente, a joyous feat. Pizzas from ovens, with crusts so divine, Crafted with love, every bite a sign.

Tiramisu, a layer of creamy dreams, Coffee-soaked ladyfingers, just as it seems. With each spoonful, a whisper of Rome, In this little haven, we find a home.

Salvatore’s charm, a welcoming glow, Service with smiles that never lay low. Here, in the heart of quaint Macclesfield town, A piece of Italy,...
