Not only was it a sumptuous treat For our eyes and nose But the whole experience Made us tingle to our toes

I was on walking holiday locally and the highlight of each day was enjoying beautiful salads/sandwiches/ quiches for lunch on hills that's we had picked up in the morning at the deli. I was so impressed with the food, that I carried quiches and pork pies back down south on a train on a very hot day. Thanks to Tom who supplied me with ice packs they survived the journey and were then enjoyed the following day in Hyde Park before the Stevie Wonder Concert on the Saturday. We had gotten the scotch eggs and some cake, and both were 10/10, devine, scrumptios, perfect in every way possible, even apperance. And the workers were so kind and friendly, making sure there was enough napkins and forks for our family, and they were happy to have a light, warm hearted conversation. And the shop itself was very aesthetically pleasing, having food and extra drinks displayed very neat and nicely. The food that we bought was very well priced, our food was defintely worth what we paid for. Saxtons Deli is a perfect spot to get a sweet or savoury bite....
