Went with partner and this place wasnt too good unfortunately! As Temptations was closed we went here, plenty of places to sit, ordered hot brownie, red velvet cake slice and peanut butter stack, Hot brownie was not a brownie but a thick dry piece of cake, 2/10 (2 for ice cream) red velvet was 0/10, it was stale and did not taste like red velvet at all - and i have had plenty of red velvet cake in my life! tasted like it was left in heat and plastic case for atleast a week- all taste gone! and peanut butter stack was cake with snickers! no sign of peanut butter! it was choc cake with a snickers lodged in the middle! and again tasted OLD! No sign of peanut butter! and they had no tea here so cake kept getting stuck in my throat! Please change name of this cake to Snickers stack :) my advise avoid this place and stick with heavenly desserts or temptations (or chai wala). Greaat customer...

For me, 1st impression is very important, if you screw my mood by your bad service or your food don't taste delicious when the 1st I try from your place then I will think billions billion times should I repeat for the 2scnd time. 6 times order from them. They never fail me.

Amazing Dessert 🍨 Scoop is so delicious since the 1st I ordered from them. If I wanted a desserts I always order from them no other places. It's not just delicious but very worth the price. Ordered food today online and waited 1 hour 20 minutes until we decided to ring to see where our order was. The woman on the phone said they didn't have the order although we could hear someone in the background saying 'that order has already gone!' so they clearly had our order and presumed they had done it already. The woman then claimed that a 'number' rang up after to cancel the order after it was placed. Conveniently the 'number' was apparently my number calling now. Nothing to do with the online order, so we knew they were lying at this point. Food never received, no discount for our next purchase, not even a sorry. Will not be ordering from here again which is disappointing as the food is...
