I ordered a birthday cake, my mum collected it as we don’t live in Luton so we travelled 20 miles to get it as their cakes are so worth it. They showed my mum the cake and she just said lovely. She knew she was collecting a rainbow cake. The cake had been sliced into 14 slices like it had been prepared for the shop window. Since when do you slice a birthday cake for a party. I called and spoke to grace who apologised that is was sliced as we never asked for it to be sliced. as I had a cake topper for it and because it was sliced the cake looked dry. She quickly resolved this by speaking to her manager and we arranged to pick a new one up In the morning we exchanged the old one. When my mum collected the new one another women not sure of her name approached my mum in an aggressive manner and said we showed you the cake and you said it was ok. This customer service was very disappointing and disrespectful no apology when I phoned to complain about the way they treated my mum. For anyone that is Muslim do not go here they are not halal! I was a regular customer here until today, I told the lady to make me a soft roll with tuna and sweetcorn, when I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag there was a big chunk of ham on the bottom of the bread, they do not clean the work top they cross contaminate the meat, there for they are not halal I was disgusted and felt sick I had to literally ring them and have a go at them for there hygiene and the manager claimed that they are supposed to clean the worktop after each sandwich but if you go there you will never see them doing this, she apologised but it didn't change the fact I had a big chunk of ham on the bottom of my bread, also while I'm here they are way over priced I paid £8.50 for a small tuna roll a water bottle and four hash browns, i highly do not recommend them ,very...

I am leaving this review after deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment my family and I have received at this store on multiple occasions. Each time we visit, we are met with rude and disrespectful behavior from your staff. They speak to us harshly and without courtesy, in stark contrast to the polite and kind manner they exhibit towards other customers.
