Read moreMyself and my husband visited this establishment whilst on a weekend mini break to the RHS Malvern flower show and although we hadn't booked a table we were immediately greeted with a warm and very welcoming offer of a cosy table for two . We were extremely grateful as the restaurant was very busy. All members of the staff were extremely polite , attentive and friendly .
Due to the demands on the staff at this busy time we did have a minor hiccup with our order . The management and team could not apologise enough and seemed sincerely upset by the issue and rectified this matter with the utmost professionalism and even though it didnt matter to us we were grateful and humbled by their care and attention towards their customers. We cannot recommend highly enough the service and friendliness from this lovely team and the effort that all involved make .
Our only criticism was that we found the menu a little limited . Having said that , the food was good and we enjoyed our evening. We will certainly be visiting again should we...
Read moreWhat am I missing? I've read the reviews here and although I previously tried it and hates it,I tried again. We had a takeaway tonight. A veg biryani, sword fish starter, Bombay aloo side, keema naan and we asked could they do a chicken vindaloo as it's not on the menu. They said yes. The bill was £25 exactly. They advertise a15%discount if over £15 spent. Never got that. Got some onion salad and mint sauce but no poppadom. The starter was small but enjoyable. The biryani was stodgy, fair portion average flavour with a small veg bland curry. The vindaloo. I have tasted hotter hienz ketchup! There was no taste whatsoever! I've had hotter korma! It cannot have been a curry just a sauce they forgot to add to. All for £9! This is ledbury not the west end in London. And the tray was half full to boot. I'm adding a picture in photos. For those that love this place, try the newent tandoori. Not the best but for a better quality by miles meal that isn't too far away from ledbury,it's a million times better...
