If you want to die from hunger then order from this place.

I ordered food at 2.55ish from here, and it has gone past 5 and the food is still not here.

My order was 2 burgers and fries and this is the service I get. God forbid I ordered 5 burgers and a fries. I would have probably got the order the next day, AT DINNER TIME!!!

Make sure you have lots of snacks and drinks that you can fill your stomachs up with because with this rubbish service, you will definitely need it. Then when the food comes you will probably just throw it away.

I am figuring out how I can rate them - 5 on google but I guess Google hasnt created that functionality yet. I have messaged Google and asked them to create this. Especially for this place, fingers crossed Google has good news for me. Because I definitely dont think I will get any good news of this delivery.

I dont think the food is great in the place anyways but thought I would give it another shot. However after this, they should pay the customer to buy their food.

After writing this review the time is 5.12, and the order is still saying a further 7 mins to "prepare my food"

Please do yourselves the favour and just close the shop, PERMANENTLY!! No one needs a rubbish establishment in their city. You are the reason that cities...

We ordered to take away, currently only taking cash payments (and collection only).The meal prices are comparable to McDonald and Burger King here in the UK. So for anyone unsure of what to expect, it's a proper fast food joint, not a gourmet burger place.

Their approach to taste, quality and portion size is directly comparable to both the big burger chains and despite offering a halal alternative the food tastes exactly the same (based on what I've tried f the aforementioned chains in Pakistan, Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, South Africa etc.).

We ordered a few things and tried everything between us all and agreed the "whooper" was the best tasting followed closely by the "Chicken Fillet Tower". I usually prefer chicken to beef and look fwd to revisiting soon with the hope of trying the Samurai burger.

The 7up Mojito was pretty tasty, haven't had that before.

The real winner for me was that Algerian Sauce (comes in a green sachet). Was so smokey, mildly spicy and creamy. Definitely elevated the meal.

A welcomed addition to Lutons buzzin fast food offerings. I hope they continue to maintain the standard set. Will be interesting to see how the experience differs when trying the...

Place is a con. Ripped me off.

Ordered £45 worth of food. They new I was an outsider, not from Luton, made me pay extra to change the double cheeseburgers to a smash, which is fair, however they still gave me double cheese burgers, which were cheap quality. And if that was a smash burger...then 😂 what a joke.

Would not recommend, didn't feel like the customer service was that good, plenty of better places around the area, iv tried a few whenever I visit my sister.

Most likely the good reviews are from their friends and family.

To be fair though, food was alright, not exceptional, but decent, but for the price not worth it. Just a fancy ISH looking shop, same ok quality as others, wouldn't recommend.

Also don't lie and say you are changing the burgers as I understand your native language, but at the time I gave the benefit of the doubt, perhaps I miss heard, but turns out I didn't.

Such a shame. Times are hard out here for people, we should not cheat people.
