Original Baba Lal Ltd — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered from this restaurant through just eat. First of all the time taken to receive my order was diabolical. Next I had ordered a chicken korma.. which firstly came red with half the container filled with oil. I had tasted the dish to see if it tasted of the traditional korma... to then find out it was nothing like the creamy korma that it should b. I proceeded to ring the restaurant.. and they told me this was normal for it to even look like that they said to eat it and put the phone down.

I’m disgusted with this food and am shocked at their customer service. I don’t want anyone’s taste buds to go...

The place is bloody 3 minutes away and I waited one hour for the food to arrive to then just eating oil and I ordered a korma the last time I checked a korma is creamy and yellowish not dark and spicy but anyways. No tissue no cutlery. The last time I checked when you order a take away it’s because you want to be lazy and chill in bed and enjoy a nice movie not having to go downstairs to kitchen and get cutlery and tissue 😴. Bread is fantastic! And the sweet rice amazing ! But the curries really put me off. There is no need to add so much oil and the curry paste has oil in it already !

Very happy with the service at Baba Lal one of the best customer services you'll come across in Luton. The food is really good for the price you can't go wrong. The pizzas are really nice and the curries are the best item they do lots of flavour and good amount of spice. Everytime I'm down Luton I always pop in for a bite mainly because the owner and the staff especially the elderly staff are really nice and polite and give you top service. There is seating available inside as well if you want so. I highly recommend everyone to come down an try...
