Spicy Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in England

To be honest I read a lot of the reviews and I was expecting a lot more from this place than what I received. The grilled chicken burger was undercooked and the chicken shawarma didn't really have much chicken in it it just seemed like bits of mushy chicken. I'm not sure maybe I didn't order the right items but I just expected more. The Fried Chicken was fine although I found it to be less salty, but otherwise just the standard fried chicken legs and thighs that you normally get. I write this with disappointment as I am a returning customer, we ordered our food thursday night. We ordered large chips, pizza and large doner kebab, when the food was delivered we were given a small box of chips which was not even half full. We called up straight away and informed them of this but the person on the phone was adamant he did not make a mistake and put the correct amount of chips in the order, he finally agreed and said he would deliver, 48 hours later we are still waiting :(( Not a matter of chips but a matter of principal, it is ok to charge the right amount but to not deliver to the goods promised, unfortunately I will not be ordering...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable 🤢. Ordered a mixed doner and received something that didn’t even resemble a doner – it looked like leftover scraps thrown together. The burgers? Buns were dry, stale, and honestly looked expired. The meat was bland, the sauces tasteless, and everything lacked the basic effort of proper fast food.
