Went to this place with high expectations but it failed a big time. First the owner came to take the order, which was impressive at first but taking a big order all without writing seemed unprofessional. However ignored that. The starters were spot on and the shisha was alright. But after a long wait and at least asking twice for the main course they managed to serve after a good 45minutes. And what can I say. DISASTER!!! Order totally wrong. Owner got himself all confused and we told him to leave it and we will accept the food as we were hungry at the time. After a few bites we all skipped the meal and went on the shisha as it really put us off. First the delay and then the wrong food. Even the sides were messed up. Read moreWe found this place during COVID times and started ordering via the food ordering apps. We always found the food to be of the top quality and slightly different (in a good way) compared to the other restaurants nearby, so we decided to pay them a visit for a take away order.
We ordered a half baby chicken, a full peri peri chicken which I was expecting to taste different as it was meant to be marinated with their secret spice, and a shish kebab.
I must admit that we were slightly disappointed as the taste wasn't what it had when we ordered via the mobile apps. I'm not sure if they have changed the chef but we found the food to be bland and shish kebab had no spices whatsoever.
I might visit them again once more just in case our former experience was a one off but I'll update my review to reflect our experience.

Review: I am writing this review because I have had the worst experience with Arabella for the last three consecutive orders through Uber Eats.
Previously, I had to request a refund from Uber Eats after receiving completely burned food, and they refunded me after I submitted photos as proof. Unfortunately, today’s order was just as bad. I received a whole baby chicken that was clearly more than a day old, with a terrible taste that was the worst I’ve ever had.
