Snappy Tomato Pizza - Peterborough — Restaurant in England

Staff are SO rude! Ordered last Friday and food was over 30-40 mins late so called and complained. Spoke to (who I think is the) manager and we agreed that next time we order, we will get a free pizza however we have to call to order. Absolutely fine with this…. Called today to try and order and spoke to the RUDEST man ever. Tried to explain the agreement that we had but asked if instead of an extra free pizza (on top of the pizza we’d pay for), could we pay for a pizza and get some free sides or drinks instead…. he told me that ‘I was lying’ which I most definitely was not. He then told me he’d be one second and was talking to other staff talking nasty about me and my partner. He basically told me that I was lying and couldn’t do this but then agreed that I could do this but was still being rude. Ended up hanging up. Put in best American pizza in Google and snappy pizzas came up. Reviews looked good so ordered 1 small deep square veggie pizza and 1 medium thin round meat pizza to try out different bases. Well first off pizza came exactly time specified, to the minute!! Took 40 minutes from order placed, excellent considering its Friday night. Second food was hot and delivery guy lovely. Third food was delicious, better than dominoes, in fact I would have to say best ever!! Only bad thing was I got 2 square pizzas not the thin round one I ordered but as it was delish I didn't have heart to complain. Would definitely recommend thick square veggie pizza and will be telling all my friends. Delicious and best pizza around...

Was so hungry, hadn't eaten anything all day, thought will try them this time, pizza is expensive than rest of the places, they claimed they make best pizza, the toppings were raw, everything was falling apart, too much oregano made every bit taste oregano, worst pizza, definitely wasted money and time.
