I went with my friends as a treat Food was over spiced, tempeture of food, tepid, variety was very poor where it focuses more on Indian and Thai disnes and less on others. Chinese food is only Duck spring rolls and Prawn crackers and a stir fry area and that wasn't a nice experience either. Someone was behind the cooking area without wearing a hair net or gloves & he was just loitering. Raw meat was uncovered as was the salad. The curries weren't what the spec cards specified No hair nets or gloves worn at the deserts area and food was not covered I personally saw flies around this area. The promise of street food wasn't delivered, the starters were all mixed up, whereas the sushi was with the deserts, Mexican ( Tortilla chips and a dip) was in with the Indian starters. No food labels on the sauces. There should be a chilli/spice warning for the curries. There was no nenu for the ice creams, desserts were also not covered as was most of the foods. I avoided some foods and felt generally that the experience didn't live up to the websites promise of World cruise. We ordered drinks and found the milkshakes weren't great. Tasted of a brand mix. Would have like an ice cream based one for £3.95 each!!! The water was good and served in a vase Won't be going back. Over priced, over spiced, and customer service wasn't good. One lady server was lovely. She was polite, pleasant, funny, and nice.

THIS IS THE REAL REVIEW YOUR LOOKING FOR Didn’t have high expectations as I walked in, but alas I had an open mind. Layout is very open planned and modern, staff are all mismatched some wearing uniform some wearing what they like. For example the male who took our drinks order was clothed in Lonsdale shoes, puma joggers . And a Slazenger jacket. Not exactly the front of house uniform I’d expect. The food I really did try to like but I couldn’t everything was pure stodge. The chicken curry was watery , and most of the other Asian food consisted of congealed sticky sugary cheap stodge. The stir fry section, raw meat was left uncovered and just on the side not in the fridge. I’d like to reiterate how I couldn’t tell apart who was a Costumer and who was a waiter or a chef. Not much else to say - don’t recommended to anyone

Visited again after one month ———————————————- Nothing extraordinary but it is good. Besides the fixed amount, there is a 4.99% service charge on the total bill. A bottle of water costs £2.50, and a regular Coca-Cola costs £3.25. The nearest car parking costs £3 for up to 2 hours and £6 for more than 2 hours. The first time ——————— The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety and excellent taste, all at a great value for money. The atmosphere was spacious and inviting, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. Additionally, the service was top-notch, Nisha and Safna were attentive and polite ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Plus, the convenience of paid parking nearby made it easy to access. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service.

Well what can we say, an awful awful experience.

When we arrived the queue outside was horrific considering we had booked a table! No social distancing and staff not asking public to adhere to the rules. A guy was taking temperatures but he did this so quick I don't think he could have had time to read the figures given.

Once in the tables were well separated BUT that was about the only positive. There were far to many people in the queue, children running around picking food up with fingers with no parents in sight and staff just turning a blind eye.

While stood in the queue social distancing was not existant! A man pulled his mask down and picked the sushi up with bare hands, i immediatly told a staff member as I thought they would have disposed of this and put fresh out but I was very wrong, she wasn't bothered!

Once we got to the stations we were given hand sanitizer and then told that they had run out of gloves, appalling considering this was one of the precautions around covid 19

Once we got to the burger and meat station we were horrified, people were literally so close they were touching shoulders and then a lady brought a plate of meat back and said she wanted it cooked more BUT she had this in her mouth and put it on the plate and the chef put all the meat back on the grill with everyone elses orders. This should have been thrown and new pieces cooked. A customer confronted him for him to shrug his shoulders!

A man was cooking fresh naan but he dropped the bars he was using to get them out the oven he dropped on the floor right infront of me and picked them up and continued to use them! I was gobsmacked, they all walk over the floor and it was covered in old food

Children were running riot the whole time, literally brushing past us and again the parents seemed to not care. Children at the dessert bar literally using fingers not tongs and staff not saying a word! Dessert bar serving ice cream that was more like a milkshake!

Half of the staff were not wearing masks properly they were over their mouths and not their noses! Lots of customers not wearing masks or social distancing but not one member of staff said anything.

Unfortunately its all about the money here and definatly not the safety of the general public.

I did raise all issues with the manager but given his attitude no wonder staff are the way they are. I told him all issues and he did take the sushi away BUT this was an hour after i first reported it and countless people would have eaten from there! He said when it was quieter he would talk to staff as they are doing their best. I told him it was unacceptable they need to be more than doing their best in the middle of a pandemic! I then told him i had taken photos and would take this further and he said ok! I mean ok is that all you have to say with all these issues!

We have already emailed the council and tomorrow they will be getting a phone call! This place needs to be closed down, it is not safe and they do not care about the welfare of...

!WORST FOOD EVER DO NOT EAT!

So my Sunday evening started in spoons with a couple drinks with the mrs, after establishing that we both fancied a buffet meal we headed off to the luxurious dining experience called WORLD BUFFET. On entrance, we was greeted with a very arrogant man behind the counter demanding we paid before we ate, thought this was a bit unusual but we carried on, sat at our table we were rushed to get drinks and refused tap water. Ok not a problem I fancied a beer anyway so I got a pint which was flatter than a nuns forehead and had less taste than the food which is saying something.

We was assured over the phone there would be a vast variety of food to choose from IE Indian Italian Mexican British Chinese and most inviting Mexican. Yes, to a certain extent there was but there was 3 sticky dry warm rolls of sushi, a variety of oil based bland over cooked curry and 2 slices of pizza. After sampling a bit of the food and watching one of the chefs throw the left overs back in the bowls to be served again, we decided we had have enough. Surely the desert will be nice we thought?

Upon arrival to the desert counter, the chocolate fountain was empty, the ice-cream was over frozen, the only nice looking fruit available was pineapple which I ate but my Girlfriend is allergic to so couldn't eat. There was no signed to say what type of fruit it was looked more like dried mango so luckily I inspected it before hand.

Oh yeah, Forgot to mention the type of people that go in here are not very friendly pretty sure there was a group of 20 homeless men that walked in that is when we decided to leave as they made us feel very unsafe. We felt like we were being watched

After making a formal complaint to the lovely man behind the till we was refused any refunds for the absolutely dreadful food.

The next morning arose. I was on the toilet all day with the worst diarheer I have ever had the worst stomach pains on a nice 4 and a half hour...

Horrible Experience with Dishonest Staff: This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will definitely not visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff at the counter were really dishonest, and the food was terrible.

We visited the restaurant the week before last for lunch. We asked one of the staff at the counter whether they had free parking, and they confirmed that there was free parking for up to 2 hours for restaurant customers. The staff member directed us to a nearby parking space and assured us that parking was free for up to 2 hours. I confirmed this twice before parking, and the counter person reiterated the same thing, also mentioning that we didn't need to pay a service charge. So, we parked the car as suggested and had lunch. We were there for only 1 hour and 5 minutes for the buffet lunch. Afterward, we paid and returned to London.

Recently, we received a parking charge ticket costing £100, which was really frustrating as it wasn't our fault. We contacted the restaurant by phone, and they asked us to send an email, which we did. All the staff denied telling us about the free parking. I requested the camera footage to identify the person we spoke with, but they constantly denied our request. They sent some footage of us eating but didn't include the footage of us discussing at the counter. After several requests, they sent some footage but omitted the part where we were discussing parking. Finally, they claimed we didn't speak to anyone about it.

It's really surprising how people can be so dishonest, which is really disgusting. Please spread this incident so others are aware. As someone of Asian origin, I can say the food they serve is not authentic at all and doesn't taste good. It's just a...
