Sombrero Pizza — Restaurant in England

I will NEVER use this place again. We placed our order at 18:30 and it said it would take 50 minutes to arrive. After an hour, we tried ringing but no reply. We went through Just Eat's help page but they could not get through either. We eventually got through at 19:50 (food already half an hour late) to be told that the food had still not left the shop. When we said we weren't happy about paying full price, the man on the phone said "It'll be 10 minutes, I'll give you some free chips." and hung up. The Just Eat help service tried to contact them about this but was told the manager was not there so no refunds could be given. Another half an hour later our food arrived, now an hour late. The driver said the problem was "your area is new so it was tricky to find" (our area has been here for 10 years) The food was all cold so we needed to reheat everything in the oven. When we did, we found that the chicken wings were not cooked properly, and that the rest of the food was mediocre at best. AVOID...

OMG this has to be the best pizza place in Leicester!

Having been recommended by a friend, I called ahead and ordered for a specific time. Drove 5 miles to collect and found my pizzas ready as promised, went for a delicious chicken, tasty meat and fulfilling vegetarian pizza.

I honestly can't believe how beautifully crafted and thoroughly delicious they were, every slice melts in your mouth and I ate 5 full slices before I was full! T

Their wedges are also worth ordering and a portion is enough for 2. I will definitely be back, will not stop singing your praises because you guys deserve it.

Tried it for the first time because of good reviews; I expected good food, but I was really disappointed. I ordered donner in naan and asked the counter guy who took my order if he cut the donner fresh or if it was pre-cut. He said they had just cut it. It took about 15 minutes to make one donner wrap.
