Peri Peri Flames — Restaurant in England

Tried this place via Deliveroo through its Charles Street branch. Food was fantastic. We went with the Supreme Burger and really enjoyed it.

Decided to order a collection order via the Gipsy Lane branch on Sunday and the order was placed with no issues and paid online.

On collection, i can say the place wins NO Awards for its Customer Service.

Staff advised they had no shish kebab role and tried to call to advise. However, no call was attempted. From this it was to refund this which they declined and wanted to provide a voucher as order was "not" placed with them.

In actual fact it was place on the companies Online Website. After a 10 minute battle the item was refunded.

Food wise 9/10 Service 2/10

Great place shame such poor service levels and quality of staff or it would be a weekly stop. Unfortunately, i wont be visiting again as service is a key for me but will confess the burger was one of the best i have had in Leicester.

Food is often a Total Miss. Often being Very disappointed. Scrooges when giving out sauces. They charge enough then want extra money for Sauces. Salad is very minimal in burgers and wraps and often not even fresh. I prepare my own salad at home and refuse theirs. Staff are Very Unfriendly and Don't like it when you complain. The staff can be Very Arguementative and offensive. The last peri burger I had was Very Dry. The chip portions are very small.They charge you enough and are Scrooges in their portions. Personally I Reluctantly use this place. Unsure of the food which is often a Big Disappointment.Always leave feeling Disrespected. Suffered with Diorreah this morning after having a peri wrap yesterday late evening. HORRIBLE People think they're doing you a favour. They really need to go on a Customer Service Training Programme. Many other outlets will be Substituting this Trashy place...
