The Hungry Moose Cafe — Restaurant in England

Low rating given for the order I received today for collection, ordered two large breakfasts and two cheeseburger meals. One of the cheeseburger meals didn't have a drink included, was told to pay for the drink when it should be included. One of the meals was considerably larger than the other. The two large breakfasts were missing black pudding on one and an extra sausage on the other due to not liking black pudding and one of them was missing a slice of bacon. Two slices of toast missing also and the tomatoes were largely tomato puree. I am quite upset with this as I love this cafe and we go frequently. Kelly is absolutely lovely always helpful and always does our orders spot on however kelly was not working today, we were charged £27 for this which is extremely disappointing. If not for today I would have given you a top rating....

sod all brown sauce watched lady only put mushrooms half way up the baguette??? staff dont seem happy about custom lady complained they had just had 10 people in??? surely thats good if youve just opened. sorry but...
