I am extremely disappointed with the service at this station today. I have ordered two tiramisu iced oat expresso with no syrup and the staff were so confused and very rude. The gentleman at the counter couldn't understand the order and I had to explain and show him on the border display the ones we need it but with no syrup. He assured me there is no syrup in the coffee.A lady showed up and she was asked to make the coffees but the gentleman forgot ro mention about the syrup. The lady pured in the syrup right away and I've asked again to make it without syrup. She made it very CLEAR that she will make me an iced latte, she shouted twice to make sure I understand! Not just that she didn't use the oat milk but the normal dull fat milk, she used the syrup in both cups and quickly served me as she couldn't wait to get rid of me.I ama natural polite person and I understand that people might have good and bad days however my politeness costs me my health and money and literally managed to spoil my happy moment at the airport.Every single day I order coffee from other stations of Starbucks in London and this make my days better however the experience today made me write this review as the costumer service and quality has been very poor, unfriendly and full of sugar. The order it was today 12th June...

She then proceeded to take he drink behind the barrier and came back after a minute and asked me again what I wanted, after repeating myself again she then proceeded to make my drink which I lifted, an ill fitting lid caused the drink to go everywhere when I lifted it and over me. No apology just a vague look as if it was my fault, I told her to keep it as I had had enough at this point. Starbucks if you read this change your staff at this location - no smiles - no personality and no...
Read moreI have used Starbucks for decades. I have never encountered a barista with this level of incompetence. I asked (as I always do) for a tall cappuccino for here. Off he started marking a paper cup. I said again: "for here", so with astonishment he asked whether I want a China cup. I explained I care for the environment. He then asked "small" or "large". I got totally confused as I ordered a "tall" - I said large, ended up with a grande, after he had to recruit a colleague to hand him over the mug that was just behind him. The croissant was limp and not fresh-just to make me happier. Please reply - until then, it is anything but...
