Chopstix — Restaurant in England

I had a flight to catch and was in a hurry for prompt service. A south Asian woman was serving slowly and pretended she didn't understand English. I ended up shouting at her for the amount of times I was repeating myself. I asked for the 3 topping deal and because of my frustration and her "lack of English" I told her to give me two toppings and a top up. Food is basic and cold however cheapest in the airport compared to the other foods. Never again! I asked for noodles, the woman's response "huh", I ask for a topping and physically point to it "HUH". I had the urge to walk away but because I was hungry and going to endure a journey. Soo annoying with her stupid facial expression. Me and my husband ordered from chopstix in Luton Airport whilst we were on a layover for flights. The food was lovely but the service was shocking. I got given the wrong drink (7up when I asked for pepsi max) and when my husband went to get this corrected, the server got very defensive saying she gave me what I ordered and was very rude. I already get anxious in those situations that is why my husband went for me as I had already paid for it and don’t like 7up so wasn’t going to drink it. Overall poor customer service and not only did I feel like I was called a liar but it made me feel extremely anxious for the rest of the morning which is not idea for the start of a holiday. If you get here before 4am and come across Chopstix don’t get excited expecting for them to open up and sell you noodles. Not happening. Only an overpriced breakfast menu. Also beware of the woman with curly black hair. After I noticed there were banners I automatically assumed they were closed (because I’m not a dimwit) so I looked around for the opening hours which weren’t anywhere in sight. I noticed said woman working so I said excuse me to enquire about the opening hours to which she just snapped at me saying “we’re closed”.
