Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went a bit out of the way to get here as there are none by my area. Service was pretty average but the barista obviously wasn't sure about the drink I asked about. I asked if the Matcha latte was sweet on its own or not and she advised it was so I opted to not get any syrups or sugar packets and left before trying it as it was far too hot.. it was as bitter as anything and had to wait til I got home to add some sugar to it and even then it was still rather bitter. Matcha is one of my favourite hot drinks so I'm pretty sure they made it too hot which is why it tasted so awful but I don't think I'll be back to...

Fantastic little oasis of calm in the middle of a busy hotel gym bar and grill area I wasn't using any if them but i was still made most welcome by Charlie who provided an exelent professional polite and patient service I would highly recommended him and the coffee...
