Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Bigger lady was very rude when I told her that my order was wrong, proceeded to very sarcastically tell me that a white chocolate frap "doesn't have coffee in", to which i responded "i know, that's why i ordered a white chocolate MOCHA frap" and she literally did the biggest huff ever. The cashier then stepped in and said that I did order the mocha, she just inputted it wrong. The rude lady then directed her anger onto the cashier. It is an honest mistake, its not that big of a deal to just remake the drink, i'm sure you'd enjoy drinking the left over one anyway :))) The cashier was very apologetic and smiley towards me, clearly she deals with the other ladies attitude often. As we left, the rude lady just stared at us like some rabid animal or something.

Spacious with very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Well-stocked and open 24 hours, with outdoor seating area for balmy summer days (or nights). A popular pit stop for breakfast generally not crowded unless one of the coach companies which use the services as a rest stop disgorge their passengers here – on a recent visit no fewer than 9 coaches were observed at the coach stand which led to a sudden influx of potential customers. Particularly quiet in the evenings, thus frequented by members of Cheshire Constabulary when not patrolling the...

Just stopped here and spent over £20 for two sandwiches and coffees . Asked to add a water for the promotional £1.. too late I’m told ..as I’d paid.. although nothing has need started.. fair enough .. the real disappointment was the filthy tables ..all of them really disgusting .. full of food and spilt drinks .. and flies .. can’t believe that the staff just stood chatting when the tables...
