I'm feeling torn for this review. I really like the coffee, the breakfast is (usually) great as too are the doughnuts. The downside is stupid idiocies I cannot fathom. babychinos (kids hot frothy milk) are free at literally every other coffee chain when ordered with an adult hot drink. Tim's want £1 for each babychino for literally a thimble sized 30ml cup of undrinkable froth in an expresso cup, by comparison Starbucks probably portion their baby chinos about 200ml Next of their main meals; Overpriced for essentially, what is unmemorable food complete with naff waffle style fries. The kids weren't particularly impressed with their kids meal offerings, the main gripe was the chicken. At no point on the menu does it state that the chicken is spicy, so why in hell's name would you use spicy chicken for kids meals is beyond me. Thanks for that Tim's, what ended up being two wasted kids meals because one tiny bite of your chicken strips was enough to put them off eating the rest of their expensive meals. Finally your carpark needs more than 1, one way directional arrow #nearmiss Will i still go back? Yes, but only for myself and only for the breakfast. The rest of it is overpriced and easily forgettable and forget emailing customer service with a complaint, they completely ignore them and nothing improves as a result. Shame, it could be destined for greatness if only a senior manager would care enough to read the email feedback/these Google reviews and respond!

The smart clean decor and spaciousness tempted us back a second time. What a mistake! Our first visit here was on a busy summer day. I remember they got our order wrong and we were underwhelmed by the food, but I felt it would be fair to give them a second hearing. This evening, the restaurant was quiet, and yet still the order took longer to be served than it would in competing fast food outlets. This time, the problem with our order was unavailability of sugary Coke. It seems bizarre that their ordering system was unaware that something was out of stock. Anyway, the server very kindly compensated us with a doughnut - thank you - great gesture. The food was again profoundly disappointing. The beef burgers "took the biscuit" for poor quality. I see other online reviewers blame the poor taste on the fact that they are apparently oven cooked from frozen. That is perhaps part of the explanation, but to me they tasted of offal. The waf mmfle fries were variably rubbery in texture and not particularly tasty. My wife actually enjoyed the Chicken Tenders, but is clear that she would not choose to return regardless. Thanks but no thanks, Tim Horton.

Came here yesterday for the first time. Absolutely love it! A guy who worked here called Charanjit went above and beyond to help and was extremely friendly and helpful. The experience was so good that I have come back today and brought my mum. Travelled from Childwall in Liverpool just to come here. Again staff are lovely. Billy today was extremely welcoming and carried our tray over. You really do get the old fashioned personal service here that you no longer get anywhere else. Restaurant is lovely and clean. Well laid out and comfortable. Atmosphere lovely and no feral kids running around. Food and drink is lovely and piping hot. Just wish we had a few more of these restaurants in Liverpool. Don't think I will ever go to McDonald's again! Thank you Tim Hortons and good luck in your continued growth. 😁

I Ordered a double nacho cheese burger meal with lattice fries and a strawberry cooler. OMG what a fail. Everything was awful and down to absolutely poor customer service and care. Seriously the staff are lazy and do not care one bit. So I walk in to find two of the staff in uniform on there laptops taking up six, yes SIX chairs and tables. Nice one ! I order my food on the touch screen, ok fair enough but the price isn’t reflected in the lack of staff or face to face. I waited a fairly long time but ok no worries it’s cost me a lot of money so I’m sure there getting my order correct and fresh. As it was £12 which is what I pay at a gourmet restaurant for a burger. As I look round there’s a fair amount of tables with trash on them. Bins are full and over flowing and the staff think it’s play time , messing about and giggling with each other. Then my order is shouted out, welllll not really shouted out, or even on a screen with it displayed. More like a “I can’t be bothered and I’m bored mumble” ok have a coffee dude ! I collect my order which I clicked dine in for, but obviously that’s beyond a server’s capability and it still is bagged up ready to take out……????? I sit down and open my burger up. It was clearly made in the long distance burger throwing competition as it was a complete mess. Cheese all over the place but not on the burger, the two burgers like rubber as they had definitely been sat for ages and the whole thing only cost me a fortune. The drink was warm !! With ice in it. Congratulations on that accomplishment. The lattice fries were freezing not just cool but freezing cold. I took the order back to the server who was clearly no Cambridge graduate and informed them I wasn’t happy in a very polite and fair manner. Instead of understanding and engaging with me he looked like he was going to cry and pass out. I eventually was convinced he had understood my complaint regarding the joke of a meal I was served and sat down again. Were I waited……and waited…. And waited. Drink gone…… no communication, still no screen. Still zero interest from any staff… then I eventually, after gone 10 minutes I decided to stand by the counter and wait… eventually after listening to the staff playing like toddlers at a play center and watching the two work so so hard by the entrance were they are always are by the way, every time I’ve been. I eventually asked what was the hold up??? I received no reply but more blank expressions which I presume is the staff training expression for durrrr computer says” no”.I eventually received my reheated fries which were solid and inedible. My very expensive burger that was ………… yes still made by stevey wonder but more rubbery and next to no toppings. In fact is was just as bad if not worse. The entire time not one table cleaned, not one member of staff actually working. Not a single over flowing bin emptied. Maybe the parents weren’t home??? Take an absolute fail Tim Hortons Gemini, it takes a special kind of management to create such a great place for the kids to play. As for eating, I’d avoid unless you just want to look pretensions and don’t know food at all. Awful in every way on...

Well... Mixed reviews really... Being a manager of a local business we were one of the first to try out this new location. Never having been to a Tim Horton's I was keen and curious to sample the menu. The breakfast was akin to a nearby competitor, but better value for money. The breakfast wrap was lovely. I have really enjoyed the French vanilla latte from the sample day to adding it to each of my visits... Being a local business we wanted to call through our order in readiness to collect but was told they don't do this... So we never ordered in bulk. However, the times we do go and order individually it has been very mixed. The order screen was broken and caused issues with trying to see the menu, and orders got mixed up due to people ordering at the window and at the order station. I have now after today sampled most of the menu. Today it got worse though... I went to order something for a quick lunch through the drive through. I ordered the chicken tenders which look like strips on the menu. They were more akin to nuggets £5.99 for a meal including overcooked fries or whatever their technical term is! They only went and forgot the sauces and I only realised at the next motorway junction. I went back, waited at the counter as people walked past waiting patiently as my food was getting colder. When I was acknowledged, not an apology, not a smile, nothing! Just had 3 sauces thrown toward me! Ironic really as I now had twice as much sauce than I had chicken. Pitiful portion sizes for the price!! Sauce was lovely though....

The price and quality of the food is not value for money. I had high hopes from the outset but Other well known competitors do it better and cheaper! Apart from the breakfast meals, the French vanilla latte and the timbits, give this place a miss! Customer service for incorrect orders is shockingly bad too!

Hope this helps management and...
