It’s become a bit mediocre, the tables are quite often left with the remains of other customer’s left overs and cups for hours. It can sometimes take a while to get served even when it’s not all that busy. The floor could really do with a good clean. We like going here because it’s a good stop on our dog walk loop but in recent visits it’s gone downhill a bit which is a shame. Perhaps putting a place for people to clean up their own mess would be good and help keep the tables a little cleaner. It’s a lovely place when it’s running properly. It would also be good to see a more equal spread between drive through and sit in service, drive through seems to take priority when it’s busy. Some staff members are absolutely brilliant, but some lack attention to detail then take offence when you nicely remind them of what you ordered. The barista - who was a coffee master had a lack of knowledge when we asked what cold drinks were on the menu, that weren't creamy and she suggested a caramel cream or strawberry and cream frappuccinos. No manners. My food came to the end of the bar and I stood waiting whilst a drive thru order was collected then they started chatting again and I requested where my drink was. Apparently it just wasn't made. Even though there were only 2 of us in the queue and one person ordered a tea. Not a great first experience in a Bradley Stoke store or impression of Starbucks. First of all a few members of staff are miserable and sometimes quite rude when taking orders at the speaker and handing drinks at the drive through window. Several times now whilst sitting in I’ve been waiting to be served with nobody infront of me whilst 3 or 4 staff are standing around talking. I always order an extra shot in my drink so I can tell the difference when the drink hasn’t got the extra shot in which has become a regular occurrence even though I’m charged for them and they appear on the drink sticker.
