I have to say that when it comes to customer service, this place is the pits. The girl making the sandwich was fine. The red-haired girl at the till (1st Oct 23 @ 12.00) was so ignorant and rude.
I was standing there for a couple of minutes whilst she completely ignored me and carried on talking to her mate. No. 'I'll be with you in a minute', no eye contact, nothing! I felt like I shouldn't be there! Then, when she did finally serve me, again, no eye contact. She really shouldn't be working there. Perhaps a non customer facing role would suit her?
Also, when did Subway decide to change their prices so that it's almost a tenner (£8.69) for what is essentially, just a flipping sandwich! That's just not worth the price, in my opinion, so I'll vote with my feet...

I was handed the wrong sandwich and the woman just blamed it on the other worker even tho she handed it me when she was serving another customer that just walked up to the till. I had to clean our table and when I asked for napkins to do this she said is because they were really busy bearing in mind only 2 people in the place.
