I had a very bad experience with this branch. I went in to get my sub and during my interaction the lady making my sub wiped all the sauce that was on her knife on the white paper the covers the sub before they roll it and pack it. The sauce got all over the top of my bread making it disgusting to eat since the outside of the bread is lathered with sauce. She then proceeds to argue with me about why what she did was not wrong for a bit. All in all the service, food, the care they put in the food while making the sub and the people are awful and garbage. They made me never want to get subway from this branch again. Subway has really dropped their standards in their hiring process and they quality of food.

Absolutely horrible! Not even worth one star! The polish lady serving me (who was the only member of staff in the shop I might add) gave me nothing but attitude when all I was doing was being polite to her-she clearly did not want to be working there, and then when I asked for my sub card points recept so I could claim my points she said ok, then handed me the Non points recept. I asked her where the points recept was and she simply said "I forgot to click,what do you want me do.theres nothing I can do now." As if it was my fault. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I used to go to subway regularly but I will not be returning to that branch any time soon...

Just went in the pier road store to order a kids pack and the 1st bit of bread he tried to serve me was about 2inches and I said it was too small and should be twice the size (I worked at subway not so long ago) then he went and cut a 6in piece of bread in half (still wrong) but I carried on, my daughter only eats salad no meat or cheese, but he still put in the bare minimum, then told me I couldn't get water with the kids meal and only a fruit shoot.
