We stayed here on a visit to area, and to be honest it was one of the better premier inns we have been to. Service was friendly, breakfast was good, room was comfortable. The family room set up was a bit of a squeeze, we have 100% had family rooms bigger - although the kids enjoyed the fact that all the beds were next to each other! I can't grumble too much, it wasn't overly expensive...! To note, the hotel is located next to lots of apartment and university accomodation buildings - there is loads of various parking restrictions, so make sure you park in the Premier Inn part and not the other bit just outside (it is a little confusing when you first turn left into the area). Also make sure you register your number plate in their system! It was a good stay and would certainly consider this hotel again if coming back to the area.

Stayed for two nights. Closed to Chatham historical dockyard with two supermarkets nearby. Free parking and plenty of parking space. There is an on-site restaurant but we didn’t use it. No problems with noise and WiFi. Exactly what you will expect from premier inn although I think cleaning and dusting can be improved. We stayed in premier inn fairly regularly around the country - first time we were asked to pay extra to check in slightly earlier - couple of hours early. So we just went for a coffee and came back at 3pm to check in instead. There is one window in the hotel but cannot be opened. Ended up big pile of water from condensation. Poor ventilation despite there is a temperature control on the wall.

Stayed here for one night whilst away for work. After checking in of which took longer than expected. I went up to my room on the 1st floor, I opened the door to my room and I felt like I had walked into a cannabis farm! The smell was so strong, even my colleague confirmed my concern. I went downstairs to reception and was able to change rooms, but this is not acceptable and when I told the friendly member of staff, she said that she has had issues like this before! The food was alright, but nothing to write home about. Never been somewhere like this. I won't be going back.

On arrival the car park was full. However there was a disabled space which I could use as I have a badge.|The staff were very friendly and checked us in with ease.|I had booked a family room. However getting to the room on the second floor, only the double bed was made up. Back to reception and the man went and got a bed pack. Before he went Abbie was searching to see if there was another room set up we could move to instead, however there was not. The guy had been and got a bed pack, taken it straight to the room and left it with my son before I got back there.|As i was making up the single bed, I noticed items missing from the pack so I went back to reception again. Abbie was there and I told her the situation and she was very apologetic. She went with me, got new items and made the bed up, which she said should have happened in the first place. She was very chatty and made us feel at home. We did not have breakfast booked and she booked us for complementary breakfast, however we did not get chance to take advantage of this kind offer.|Looking around the room it was a normal premier inn room. The carpet had stains on, the walls had marks and holes filled that were not disguised very well. Nothing that makes any difference to the stay, just cosmetic things that could be dealt with.|The bathroom was clean and mould free. It was not until we came to shower however, that after one of us had showered we realised that there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and the bath mat between us. So we shared towels as unable to go down to reception and get more towels.|The beds were clean and comfy and I can even say that for the first time in a long time I woke feeling refreshed.|The room we were in was 219 and it was an adjoining room of which I have not seen in a premier inn before myself.|Happy with our stay and if back that way will...

Had a great stay last weekend at the Premier Inn Chatham/Gingham Victory Pier. Staff members where so helpful and could not do enough. Staff where so welcoming and friendly, no request to much. We asked to check in early and this was granted, we also request late check out, which was also granted. Honestly staff members at this hotel are so so friendly, do not be to shy to go out of your way and ask for help. They cannot do enough, location was fine, we was aware of the location before our stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Going back to location me and my partner stayed for one evening and was aware of the location. However as we only stayed one night we decided to go to sleep early and this was fine for us. We needed extra towels as we only had one towel, but staff members where all so happy to go out of their way to accommodate this. The lady was lovely at check in, I had accidentally sleeted a family room although it was just me and my partner staying, and she was more than happy to change our room book to the best room that suited our needs. I also asked to have a bath rather shower and she chose a room that came with a bath. The lady also gave us great tips if we where to book a premier inn next time and suggested that we try calling premier inn direct, and ask for these request before our arrival. Overall brilliant stay, staff members where fantastic and could not do enough. Management should be proud. I believe the lady that served/greeted us at the door was Rebecca. Although I am not 100% sure any more (apologies.) But the level of service will encourage me and my partner to stay at Premier inn's...

ROOM

The room was lovely and spacious & clean, however it was the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a Premier Inn two mattresses zipped together but they were both different hardnesses which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

The aircon was super loud so I turned it off, only for it to keep coming back in again in the night and waking me up.

RESTAURANT not masses amounts of tables but definitely enough, it was clean and tidy. The floor thought! It needs sorting it has become unbounded from the ground causing it to pop and crack when walking over it before long this could become a large health and safety concern with respect ls to tripping hazards if not fixed

FOOD

The pizza in the evening at the restaurant was actually very tasty just maybe a little too much tomato sauce on the base which made the toppings all slide off.

The breakfast food itself was very good, the eggs were cooked to prefection and the chefs actually know what they are doing which is nice to see.

STAFF

On arrival I was waiting around a bit before I was greeted and checked in however the lady was friendly. Evening meal staff seemed well presented and friendly. At breakfast however we have a mask excempt lady which isn't a problem but it is when shes coughing using her hands to block the cough and then handling people's plates and food without washing her hands. Overall the staff were okay but some hospitality training is definitely needed as some staff cove across...
