Taco Bell — Restaurant in England

Well what an experience! Ordered online to collect, walked in on Time and was greeted by what can only be described as a blonde gaumless zombie, who just stared at me until I said I was there to collect. She then turned slowly to face the kitchen staff, who can only be described as the reject community of university . After a while they found the order, handed it to me, saying nothing still. Checking my order (as you can't rely on younglings to remember their name let alone what I'd ordered) I was missing a sour cream dip, which I asked for after. Again the little blonde zombie turned and muttered "sour cream?". Handed and passed to me, I went on my merry way delighted with the customer service...(sarcasm at its finest). Home and ready to tuck in, I realised my tiny taco was smashed and full of lettuce with a slither of beef at the bottom, not impressed. The burrito was much smaller than I thought too. The 2 star actually came from the fries and caramel churros who saved the day. I doubt I'll be back, unless I fancy visiting a real live...

Really excited to try here as I love the food they serve. Anything Mexican in the slightest. This place is fast food chain for those who might not realise. They do a selection of options and its pretty swift. Opted for chicken and bean quesadilla and friend opted for crispy bowl or something like that. Chips/fries whatever you want to call them were delicious. So good. The seasoning was on point. Would go back purely for them. So the quesadilla, taste was there. Flavour. Was so good. There was just hardly anything to it. My 3 year old would have eaten more. They serve 1 tortilla folded in half but I think they must have thought I was on a diet because they spared the filling. Food was not great at all was missing several key items in the taco they did advertise no lettuce or tomato but when me and my partner sat down to eat there also no sour cream or cheese, the service was dreadful we walked in we wasn’t greated and then had to continue to listen to the manger and the 2 woman he was working with talking about there sex lifes and how they have all slept together with constant swearing involved, the manager then continued arguing away with the woman and was constantly getting aggressive and telling them to shut up but then wouldn’t stop talking himself which caused them to carry on talking to him will deffo not be visiting again as just before we left the woman on the till serving picked up a bottle of d10 and sprayed it all over the man and food which got covered in it and just wrapped up for the next peoples order who was...
