Tasty Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

Tried Tasty’s for the first time after a few people from the area hyped it up.

It’s a typical fried chicken shop. Does what all fried chicken shops do - cheap, cheerful chicken. Price to quality ratio was ok. The food was very greasy and the chips were a bit overcooked. Improvements could be made here.

Service from staff was very good, they were friendly and with food ordering being done in a timely manner.

The sauces were excellent - in particular the mayonnaise which was very nice.

The shop could be a lot cleaner. The seating area in particular was covered in unclean tables, floors etc. Shop could also be better ventilated as it was very busy with customers but there wasn’t sufficient ventilation. The shop seating area could do with modernisation and some brand new paint. Ample seating throughout.

Growing up this was my favorite place to go, but today the worst thing happened to me, I eat there peri peri chicken wrap and I had the worst stomach ache I ever had in my life, I even needed to take a nap at work due to how bad the pain was and I’m someone’s who never gets these issues I’m very healthy but today I had a bad experience and I have also had this experience in the past, some reason only when I eat there peri peri, I’m someone who never leaves a bad review but today I just felt like I really had to, so be aware of there peri peri as I believe it’s the masala that causes the stomach issues when drank with a fizzy drink I believe it causes some sort of reaction within the stomach, so be mindful when eating there peri peri, apart from there peri peri all the rest of the food...

I am a returning customer and Tasty's is the Best Peri Peri ever hands down!! It's simply the best even better than Nando's. It's definitely worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

It gets quite busy inside if you want to dine in because they get so many customers but the you don't have to wait too long for your food.

The food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always nice and polite. They do the best chilli sauce and garlic mayo. The chips are always fresh and crispy too. I tend to get the platter on the menu as a takeaway and prices are reasonable. It's also Halal.
