I recently went to treatz for the very first time, I struggle with severe anxiety and the busy atmosphere was very overwhelming for me. I was welcomed in by banu who showed extreme professionalism and dealt me and my friends in a very kind and time efficient manner. One minor detail which pleased me and my group of friends was the fact that Banu always had a smile on her face when she came to our table and asked if everything was ok. Referring back to my issues with anxiety this was being slightly elevated due to the fact that I couldn’t decide what desert to order and my friends were putting pressure on me to speed up and make a decision, Banu saw the situation unfold and saw the expression on my face was a little stressed and ensured that I could take all the time I needed which I found very reassuring. when it came to ordering desserts she showed an extreme amount of professionalism despite the lack of respect that was shown from my impatient friends who were not being very respectful of there surroundings and I feel as if she handled that whole situation perfectly. When I was making my order I asked Banu to recommend me a dessert and she recommended me a Oreo cookie dough which I must say was a suburb choice! I normally don’t write reviews however the service I was shown by your staff member banu during my visit I simply had no choice and because of that I will be recommending treatz to all my family member and friends if they ever ask for a dessert...

I would like to formally write this & sincerely project this to the owners of this restaurant for not only the quality of the desserts.

Me & my wife have been searching all over google for the best dessert parlour as we have a sweet tooth, and for someone who used to own restaurants i was astonished with the amazing reviews.

My visits have been astonishing, but i would like to draw out why, the man Hanif, for someone who is 21 he speaks with pure professionalism, class & knows how to take care of his customers, has no issue dealing with any minor faults, for his age the way he works he is a work horse. Quiet, busy, he keeps composed and carries on like it’s normal, i ask him take your time with our order as it was big & was busy during the time, he replies ‘This isn’t busy for me, it’s just another day with a smile on his face’ whilst being the only staff in the place, and no longer than 15 minutes we waited for nearly a £100 worth of order.

Overall, desserts amazing but what really counts is service, and this place has it all, we will back shortly for Ramadan as we live in...
